Upon customer request, we have extended our cloud service with a generic interface so that third-party data can be transferred in our Data Lake.
Our experience shows that currently every manufacturer of a system collects, processes and displays its own data in a proprietary dashboard. As a result, our customers are faced with the difficulty of constantly monitoring different dashboards and reports. Also a superordinate evaluation and contextualization is not possible.
